First Friends is a preschool and Mother’s Day Out program serving children ages 3 months through 4 years and provide developmentally appropriate activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

This program is located inside First Presbyterian Church of Bartlesville building located at 505 S Dewey Ave in downtown Bartlesville.

First Friends is licensed by the Department of Human Services

Mission

We believe that a child who is nurtured in an atmosphere with gentleness, acceptance, and loving care, will develop a positive attitude and high self-esteem. We educate the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually.

Program Schedule

School Year // August to May

Monday – Friday | 9:15am – 2:45pm
Classes for ages 3 months to 4 years, including a dedicated pre-kindergarten class.

Monday-Thursday is curriculum based learning. Fridays is a Fun Day called “Fun Fridays (limited availability for a Fun Friday in a mixed-age class).

8-Week Summer Session // June and July

Monday – Thursday | 9:15am – 2:45pm
Classes for ages 3 months to 4 years

Classes

Children are divided into Infant Class (3-12 months), Toddler Class (12-24 months)m Two’s Class (24-36 months) Young Three’s Class (younger 3 year olds & still potty training), P3* (older 3 year olds & completely potty trained) and P4* (4 years old & completely potty trained).

*Must enroll a minimum of 3 days excluding Fridays.

The First Friends Director reserves the right to change placement as needed based on all classroom criteria.

Tuition

  • One day a week $120
  • Two days a week $190
  • Three days a week $280
  • Four days a week $370
  • Fun Friday $50-$100

The Fun Friday Program has a limited 10 spots available for all ages. Students will be split into 2 or 3 different classes in a mixed, but like-aged classroom for a day of fun! The tuition cost is $100 monthly. However, there will be 5 months that a half rate of $50 will be assessed, instead of $100 based on the number of Fridays school is in session.

Add-Ons

  • Infant Class tuition add-on $20/mo.
  • Toddler Class tuition add-on $15/mo.
  • Two’s Class tuition add-on $10/mo.
    Any 3’s student requiring diaper changes will also assess the $10/mo. tuition add-on.

Drop-in Rate

The drop-in Daily Rate is $30.00 per child and drop-in schedules are based on availability per class and will need to be scheduled with the First Friends Director.

Registration Fee

There is a registration fee of $50.00 per each enrollment session for all students. This is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward tuition.

Discounts

Sibling Discount
Each sibling enrolled will receive a 10% discount applied to the monthly tuition line item on that student’s statement.

Partial Month Rates
August & May statements will assess a partial rate of half price on the monthly tuition line item that month.
